What’s Included
Maid service 2x week, linen, sheet towels and beach towels.
The rental also includes 100 unites of electricity per day excess will be charged at cost price, this is because we have added air condition in all the living spaces and if they are left on during the day it becomes very expensive.
Extra Help
Extra help can be provided, please do let us know in advance and we can organise this for you.
The gardener and the pool man come twice a week.
Not Included
The rental does not include: Air fair, transportation, hire cars or meals.
Terms and Cancellation Policy
Rental payments are non refundable. Should you cancel we will endeavour to find alternative guests for the rental period and reimburse you accordingly.Should we be unable to do this, the rental amounts paid cannot be refunded.
In the event of the property being damaged of natural causes (fire, earthquake, hurricane) making the property uninhabitable, any deposit received will be returned to the guest immediately with no deduction of cost. We would not be responsible for guest airfare or other incurred costs.
The property owner is not responsible for noise or disturbance originating beyond the boundary of the holiday accommodation.
Swimming and entering the pool or sea is done so entirely at your own risk. Please note that diving is not permitted. The pool has a universal debt of 1.40m only!
We strongly recommend that the guests have travel insurance cover including health insurance.
Our insurance does not cover personal accidents for guests or theft of their personal belongings.
