The pool and view are a dream. Snorkelling great, the kids love the turtles and the wreck, the beach is beautiful. Just perfect!

Stunning location
Lime Hill has to be one of the best locations in English Harbour if not the whole island. The views over the bay were to die for and with the gentle breezes blowing up the hillside it’s just perfect. We went for complete relaxation and the house certainly provides that. We spent most of our time outside either under the gazebo or in the gorgeous pool. There was only the two of us but with four delightful bedrooms it would easily take 8 people with plenty of seating for everyone. The house is very well equipped so you’ll have everything you need for a perfect holiday. We would love to return one day.

Perfect villa in a great spot
We loved our family holiday at Lime Hill on Galleon Beach. The bay and beach are perfect for swimming, being very sheltered and we swam with turtles and saw some wonderful fish whilst snorkelling. The house has amazing views and lots of places from which to sit and take them in. It was perfect for a family with older children, being well equipped and spacious for the five of us. The location is particularly good with a 1 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to both English Harbour and Shirley Heights. It’s a lovely place to hang out in its own right but also well located as a base for exploring the southern part of Antigua. We would love to return.

Christmas in Lime hill
A stunning villa with an equally stunning settting, never tire of the views from every room and the sun setting behind the adjoining island Monserrat. A great gazebo also with great views ideal for dining, snoozing, family games or watching the worlds greatest superyachts sleeking in and out of English Harbour. A 2 min walk to a safe beach, 5 mins by car or water taxi to a great selection of bars and restaurants, Lime Hill has it all. We are returning visitors and will hopefully return again.

Lime Hill Family Holiday
Lime Hill is a stunning 4 bed villa in a gated beach community in English Harbour. The attention to detail in its facilities is superb, the views from every room and Carribean sunsets are unequalled. Of note is the very generous sized gazebo, great for dining, games, or just relaxing for an open air midday snooze….. Or watching the worlds finest super yachts cruising in and out of the harbour….. The owners are very helpful and will rectify any problems encountered immediatly There are great facilities, restaurents, historic locations nearby either by car or a 3 minute water taxi ride….. Our only dissapointment is that the beach bar / restaurent within the resort was closed and hopefullly that will be rectified as we do intend on returning…..
This is a fantastic villa in a superb location
We were a family group of adults and a child and the villa was perfect. All 4 bedrooms are well appointed and all 4 shower/bathrooms are very good. The master bedroom has an outdoor shower! All amenities are excellent. The view is fantastic and the large, airy gazebo is a great boon. The pool is great and the view fantastic.

Stunning house, stunning location
A really well designed house and pool, that makes the very most of a beautiful location. It was the perfect setting for our three generation family holiday, including a toddler. The house has real elegance and charm – but with a homely and loved feel to it. Definitely not a sterile magazine photo shoot property! The outside space is really well used, including a lovely secluded outdoor shower and a great gazebo area. Despite the steep site, the layout is very child friendly and our toddler just loved the infinity pool. The garden is full of colour, attracting lots of humming birds. The beach is a two minute walk down the hill. Almost deserted during our stay, it’s a beautiful and sheltered sandy bay with turtles to swim with just offshore. Within a five minute drive are lots of good bars and restaurants. The Academy, Cloggys and Pillars were our favourites. And the owner, Colin, was helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. We left with many happy memories – and hope to be back!
Lime Hill
One of the most beautiful houses we ever had. Perfect service, stunning surroundings, exceptionally well maintained, fantastic housekeeping. Colin was always very helpful, it made a perfect home from home for us.
Our second stay
It really is as good as it looks and Colin’s description is “spot on”. This was our second vacation at Lime Hill and while the first holiday was fantastic, this one was even better. The addition of the gazebo is a masterstroke, the whole family spent time there eating, relaxing and enjoying the superb views. Well done Colin, who is a delight to deal with, always helpful and a fount of knowledge.
Paradise
A delightful lovingly maintained Caribbean home with unbelievable ‘moving’ harbour views. A short walk to Galleon beach, the Beach Bar or stroll up to a Musical evening at Shirley Heights or just to drink in the views and history of the island. A perfect destination for the perfect holiday in the Caribbean ……. Highly recommended

Lovingly maintained by caring owners
A beautifully well maintained Caribbean gem perfectly situated on Galleon beach, English Harbour for Yachties, Beach Bums and History Buffs alike. A wonderful base for a perfect holiday.
Stunning Villa simply exhilarating
The villa and its location exceeded expectations from the descriptions and views. The facilities are perfect, a real home from home, and the property is kept spotlessly clean. Real bonus is the chilled and filtered water as you will need plenty in the heat. Communication with Colin the owner was perfect and the suggested reataurants etc. were spot on. I wouldnt think twice about recommending this villa but do check your dates as some restaurants shut down out of main season. The villa is on a steep slope but you can see this from the photos and even then it is less than 5 minutes walk with little ones. The Beach is perfect for swimming and safe for those new to Snorkelling. The Hummingbirds were a beautiful addition to meal times
Fantastic villa with spectacular view
Lime Hill was a fantastic villa to spend our Christmas and New Year holiday. Very comfortable accomodations in a great location. A very short walk to lovely Galleon beach. The view over Freeman’s Bay was perfect, lots of interesting yachts to see on their way to and from English Harbour. Short drive to numerous really good restaurants in English Harbour. The house has perfect layout, a lovely pool and can accommodate two families comfortably. Highly Recommend Lime Hill Villa.

Great Villa, ideal location
The villa was beautiful and we had a fabulous time. We used it during race week and the location was great. The staff were brilliant and we look forward to coming back again.
Our stay at Lime Hill
Each year we come from Guadeloupe to Antigua for the fishing tournament in English Harbour. And this year (2012) we have found a little piece of heaven …The Lime Hill Villa at Galleon Beach ! Peace, serenity, peace of mind, beauty,… everything is combined in this villa to take advantage of its stay. Also, a special thank to the staff who welcomed us ! For sure, we will be back next year !
Spectacular vacation villa fully equipped for relaxation and fun.
We had a wonderful time at Lime Hill. The weather was gorgeous and we swam in the pool every day. At night we cooked in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed eating in three different places: in the patio garden, on the pool deck overlooking the lights of the harbor and in the main living area with the sliding glass doors fully opened in front and back. We couldn’t decide which was nicer! The villa is surrounded by beautiful (and fragrant) plants, shrubs and flowering trees, and we saw many luminescent humming birds and Bananaquit every day. The views of the harbor from every room in the villa are spectacular, and we had a great time watching sail boats and yachts come and go. It was an easy walk to the beach where we found lounge chairs and kayaks and a delicious lunch served at Calabash, the beach-side café. Also enjoyed a boat trip to Nelson’s Dockyard and the Sunday afternoon “jump up” at Shirley Heights.
